Alex Belitzky (she/her) is a clinical social work graduate trainee pursuing a Masters degree from Columbia University. Prior to pursuing training in psychotherapy, Alex volunteered for the Crisis Text line and Kids Help phone line. These experiences have enabled her to develop strong communication and crisis intervention skills, as well as a deep empathy for those courageous enough to seek support. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University in Political Science and Psychology  

Alex currently works with adolescents, adults and couples at Rose Hill Psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in working with those suffering from stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, family dynamics as well as topics pertaining to maternal mental health. Through empathetic listening and meeting patients where they are at, Alex hopes to foster a safe and open environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their untold stories.
