Group Therapy
In everyday life, we believe that we are constantly engaging in groups, through school, work and social life. Our experiences are informed by how we connect within different groups. Group therapy can be a good fit particularly for those who want to deepen their interpersonal relationships, search for engagement with others, and seek a sense of understanding and community.
In Group Therapy at Rose Hill, we bring people with unique lived experiences together into a collective and confidential space to explore how they relate to others. Dynamics will naturally develop within the group and among members, which creates opportunities to discover how one relates to the self, and support meaningful relationships in day- to-day life.
Upcoming Groups

This is a group for LGBTQ+ adults of mixed ages, genders, and racial identities interested in deepening their understanding of themselves and their relationship with queer identity and the community. Within the intimacy of the group, members are invited to reflect on how their interactions offer insight into patterns occurring in their outside lives for meaningful connection with others.
College Students and Young Adults
This group is open to college-age students and young adults. It focuses on working through existential anxieties and feelings of alienation in this post-Covid area.
